New Thronbreaker looking for advice on best options to r3, with a r4 in a week

I have 80 Six stars and reached thronebreaker just a day ago, I would like to have advice from some late act seven thronebreakers or preferably, Paragons, on who to rank up that would help the most in act 7

    kitty from mutant
    doom from mystic
    nimgod from tech
    and maybe knull from cosmic
    these are the options i would choose

    Kingpin was one of my Go To's throughout Act 7.
    Human Torch has good use
    Rintrah is my favorite mystic
    You already won with Herc. Try to get him to R4
    Warlock helps
    As far as mutants go (obviously you don't have him) red mags helped big time!

    Herc is actually rank 4 in just a low enough level where the masteries don’t inflate his rating as much as I’d like. And for mutants, I have gotten zero good ones (other than apoc, the one who boost all other mutants
