Which champ should get a generic gem and a 200+ sig stone

hyperion worth the gem more, but if you want to use both 200+ sigs stone and awakening gem, angela is better as sig on hype is useless

Angela's an absolute beast with high Sig, she can do so much stuff, even works for incursions,
On a different note, you can also save the +200 sig for other champs aside from her like:
Aegon( for necropolis ofcourse)
Absorbing Man
Future Antman
Scorpion
Spot
Namor
Void
Spidy supreme (if you're into bgs he's very niche )

These champs are either heavily reliant on their sig or high Sig gives them a very important piece of utility.

BUT between the 2 given options ANGELA should get the high sig

There are few champs in game more deserving of a +200 sig. She's underrated by a lot of people, but she is absolutely amazing for so much. I wouldn't hesitate.

Yes agreed one of the best havok counters... She is under rated because she is not suitable for BGs

Hype only needs to be awakened so no reason for the 200 stones. Angela gets a huge boost when at 200 and she's amazing! Easy choice imo
