So, after multiple forum posts and bug reports regarding the raids bug and being stuck on the wrong path this is the final response I received from support. This is the most absurdly unprofessional thing I think I've seen from this company, how can you promote broken content, charge a fee to play it, then flat out refuse to even acknowledge that it's broken, let alone compensate for the lost resources?
