Keys of the heart problem week 4

Anyone else having trouble claiming the keys to the heart? The week 4 heart key that I just completed arrived in my mailbox and I would have to claim the remaining keys in Individual Missions but none appear, and only the grade 3 loyal coding but without being able to enter because I cannot claim the remaining keys. .is it just me or someone else with this problem..?

    Yeah, only managed to claim 1 of 7 this week, they are reimbursing from 1st March and extending the event, 10 unclaimed 7 missing 🙄
