Everytime I open to claim them and press claim they never go to my acc they just go back to saying “unclaimed”

It does say it has been resolved when it clearly hasn’t. I get there are issues, but we are moving towards the second week of them not working.

Same here can’t claim number 27, done all
the usual troubleshooting things. Also happened to other members of my alliance.
