P4 alliance pushing for P3 LF active members

We are looking for active players can handle the below requirements:
- AW P4 and pushing for P3 (teir3 wars)
- AQ map7 we clear 5.7k glory a week with top 150 to 250 rank rewards.
- All 3 bgs do raids with full exploration .
- BG top 1 to 10% alliance rank rewards, there is no hard minimum required from each player but it is encourged to put some points and in big bg seasons we push for all the milestones.
- minimum presteage 19k.
- Preferably done nicro completion and have at least 1 rank3 7*.
- have at least 10 fully rank6 to rank5 or 7* rank2
- we use discord for communication.
