Chill alliance looking for new members or merger

We have 23 players on our roster, but only 18 are active. In war we are silver tier, but had been gold when we had more active players. AQ is map 6 bg1 and map 5 bg2. I'd like to be able to run 3bgs again. We have line, but it's not required. Our team have all been playing for years, but as time has gone on, people have left the game for various reasons. My game name is Citizen Fish.

    We would also consider moving to another alliance if you can take on the majority of our active members.
