    It's encoding issue for Kabam for this symbol: '
    Basically they need to add utf-8 encoding so google reads the item right.
    Also #39 is Ascii equivalent for '

    (OP wasn't referring to the wrong coding, but rather the fact that they spent 5$ and immediately were asked if they wanted to spend another 100$...)
