Gambit Relic with Nightcrawler

With the buff giving nightcrawler a 100% chance to inflict bleed on crit, the extra boost from the gambit relic is now pointless so I was just wondering if any changes will happen

    Same with the Havok synergy! +35% chance to inflict a bleed doesnt do anything. Its also supposed to atart him in swashbuckler but it doesnt
