The endless update screen without progress line underneath just before starting any fighting

This problem has sometimes arisen before, but after the recent update it became impossible to play at all. Neither the main quest, nor the monthly quest, nor the arenas, nor the battlefields open, but the "Update" loading screen appears. There are no inscriptions at the bottom like “Infuriating Bruce Banner,” etc.

    Delete and reinstall or try restarting your device and what are you connected with wifi or personal data try restarting that too.
