Crashing and lag issues

I'm using a Samsung AO3s and I'm having crashing issue's alot lately. On top of the game lagging way more then normal since the last update. It's been a real issue can someone please help with this. Thankyou

    It's the absolute worst the game crashes now every 5 to 10 mins I'm playing. And my Samsung is only a couple year old model. The game ran perfect when I got it now since a update or 2 ago its gone to ****
    I even reset my phone the factory hopefully it would fix it or at least help and it did nothing. And sadly Kabam doesn't even address it.

    Yeah likewise I have to restart the game every couple fights because it starts to lag and stick

    Samsung A53...
