Major bug is it just me?

I logged in and collected 8 of these uncollected crystals and I can’t seem to find them anywhere and im sure I haven’t opened them,8 uncollected gold crystals give you atleast 100k gold,please @kabam look into this. This has happened to me before as well but was not sure, today it happened again :(
