Ultron is not regening [More Info Needed]

I am new to this forum. So I apologize if this has been posted before. It is about my 5* unduped 4/55 Ultron. In AQs, he does not regen at all; neither at 50% nor at 25%.
In regular quests, at 50% it shows a "processing" text and then does not regen. At 25%, he regens.
However I have been given to understand by other fellow gamers that their Ultron is regening just fine.
So either this is a bug which is behaving inconsistently for different players or I am doing something wrong.
Please advise. Thanks in advance.

It can have a lot to do with who you're fighting. If the champ you're playing against has any kind of ability accuracy removal abilities this might be what's keeping him from regening. Also, if you get stunned he doesn't regen (it even stops his regen if it was already active).

Yes I am on Map5 or Map6.
Yes I am often on the Poison or Bleed path because of Ultron's immunities. The nodes do not specify "...prevents target from recovering health...".
Do you think the poison or bleed paths implicitly stop regeneration?
I would raise a ticket because that's definitely not how Ultron is supposed to work.
I use a 4* and 5* Ultron and haven't had issues myself, so I guess I can't help you. I hope yours works like he's supposed to be working soon.
Is that implicit? I don't think the nodes actually say that. I will have to check next time. However nothing explains the arena/quest behaviour. Honestly I do not know what to expect anymore lol
The nodes say it. There are 3 enemies of tje left and 3 on the right. All 6 have heal block, 3 bleed, 3 poison.
I actually remember my Ultron being weird in arena like a week ago. I'll use both and let them get under 50% my next arena run, see what happens.

No, wasn't stunned or parried.
By "completely evade" I mean one of those scenarios where you do evade YJ's SP1, but you weren't far enough to do a "clean" evade, but far enough to not get stung.
There will be some nodes along those paths that aren't heal block nodes, where you can regen Ultron if you play cleverly. You should also work with your battle group to get the nodes you need to regen up. e.g. there should be an AA and a Psylocke on the bleed path which are great matchups for Ultron.
Thank you @RedRooster I will definitely look carefully in the next AQ. Those bleed/Poison nodes as well as the YJ on the science path.

It's weird to me that Kabam would not bother explaining this to me. Instead they just told me they acknowledge the issue and they are looking into it. I gave them screenshots of the nodes.
Either way, I will check this next time
Been like this for a while now, sometimes it works and sometimes it just doesn't. I screenshoted superior iron Man not regaining at threshold i just don't remember which phone it's on.
