Side quest confusion

So with the made and rook quests they require keys, both quests from what I can see require the keys in the picture, but all I can get is the ones from the solo objectives, which are the basic keys which don’t seem to open anything for me, sorry if I’ve been silly and haven’t read something properly but I can’t make any sense of it.. thanks in advance

    With those keys, enter the maze which is beside the vault.
    But you need to match the difficulty, because lets say threat 5 in Maze, you get that key and then you can only enter threat 5 in the vault against Storm x.
