Camera Locked in Side Quest the Maze ! Easily make mistake in collecting Maze Keys!

I don't know why Kabam has to lock the camera in the MAZE. That is so mean! And I have made a mistake and won't be able to complete CHESSMASTER tasks. So sad!
Hope Kabam will unlock the camera and let players have fun and complete the tasks.
HINT: Remember to complete all CASTLING tasks (collect all 4 PAWN keys) before entering the MAZE.

1. I agree, the camera lock is completely unnecessary, if Kabam wanted to do it then they should allow us to recover the key if we make a mistake. They could have put it with gates just like in the vault.
2. If it helps, I read on the forums that if you made the mistake once you can open a support ticket to get the key. I can't confirm that information (since fortunately I read a post about it before making the mistake), but you should try it to complete the objectives.

I did send a ticket and Kabam gave a key back to me. But still, I didn’t know which way to go in the Maze map to get the remaining PAWN key.

This is deliberately done to mess with us.. first a SQ with restrictions then to top it with Camera Lock.. Kabam why are u killing your player base????

The camera has been unlocked by Kabam and I did find my missing key in the MAZE. Kabam listened and took actions. Very much appreciated. Moreover, 4 more PAWN keys will be given to players, that’s very generous and thanks so much.

Who even decided to lock cameras in simple SQ when the entries are LIMITED, like come on man,

feels like design team design and no one in team even thinks of questioning about, "why lock?"
