2x R3 for Valiant - Making the Most of it

I'm trying to figure out who would be best to get the R3 treatment to get Valiant. I play pretty casually so another R3 could well be a long way away and would like to make the most of these.
Choices are Cosmic and Skill, I haven't opened my Class get or nexus yet so can potentially still get another option, but unsure which class is most in need of another option (and thus to get the class gem for)
At this stage I'm thinking Shang-Chi or Black Cat for Skill
Cosmic could be Venom, Vox, Adam (don't really understand him but everyone raves about him)
Any and all advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Shang Chi I took to R3 the second I duped him, he just hits a little softer without the dupe.
Then got Knull from the Nexus!

Easy, Vox counters Maestro so there's that
Can't go wrong with shang ar black cat. Whoever you enjoy more.
For skill I say ogbp since yours is duped. Crazy damage + aar
