I have reached out to kabam support multiple times to get my game linked to kabam id no luck

I have been playing for 9 years now and never linked my account because there was no online store before but since the store came out I have tried to link my game center account to kabam id and I have contacted the support multiple times and have provided picture evidence of my 1st purchases and when was account created and all those things with pictures. still no luck on getting it sorted. i buy monthly cards and have bought stuff in the past from the store. can I please for Gods sake get this sorted out. I am paragon player and i am losing good stuff from online store. someone at kabam please sort this issue.

    I am on ios and i have tried this before it did not work for me it makes a new account

    I have the same problem although I forgot my login in details, if it creates a new account that may mean that this account that you are using may already be linked because (I am assuming) you don’t get the pop up saying link account to kabam ID get free PHC crystal. Or have they gotten rid of this. I don’t want to miss out on the 60K poolies either so I thought of contacting support to se if I can get them that way.
