Hello.

We are aware some accounts are experiencing login issues and it looks like it's unlikely to be resolved this evening. It seems that if you wait long enough on the login screen, you will eventually get it, despite it looking like it is frozen (the wheel will stop spinning).

    Thanks for the update. Also, do you have different hours than other Kabam employees? First responding to the forums on the weekend, and now in the middle of the night.

    i'm having a different login issue....to your summoner's market store. I click login and enter my credentials and everything looks good but when it refreshes it shows the login button at the top right instead of my username....sometimes i'm able to login on the 2nd or 3rd try but now i just tried and after 6 login attempts it still doesn't login. i'm going to lose out on the daily crystal because of this..and likely will have issues claiming the limited code that apparently will get re-released. I started having this problem a few days ago. Using samsung internet on Android. Edit: it worked on the first try on my windows 11 browser (Chrome) but i don't always have access to my laptop especially when you have limited time codes to enter.

    I’m currently stuck on the loading screen. I was in the SQ and went to the traders post at which I couldn’t exit out of that screen. I restarted the game several times and still stuck on the loading screen.

    My game is struggling to log in half the time and when it does the lag is ridiculous maybe ten minutes in and I have to restart. This issue didn't start until the past day or two. What is going on??

    FYI.. I had to uninstall and reinstall to get things working again.

    I cant login it says unknown error occured. I think its problem with new iOS update
