Need advise on clearing Act 4 and 5 with 5 star and 6 star champions..Any advise would be helpful

Hey folks.

I am a Begineer level player in MCOC at Conqueror level. I have completed Act 1,2 and 3 at 100 % with Act 4 at 31%. Currently at Act 5. I have done fair amount of Areans and Event quests with some Alliance quests as well. My roster consists of 7 6 Star champs and 8 5 star champs. Recently upgarded my first 6 star Bishop to level 2 and trying to upgarde 5 and 6 star champs excluisvely from now but still not givig up on 4 star champs as well (my fully upgraded 4 star Doom is a Beast still!).

My question is - Is my roster capable enough to clear Act 4 and 5 comfortaby? If not which characters are worth the upgarde?
Mind you, I am not a skilled player at this game but I am getting better. Recently invested into Masteries as well - with Parry, Dexterity,Petrify, Block Proficiency, Cruelty, Precision unlocked. I have attached Screen shots for reference as well.
So, Any Suggestions are welcome and Apprecaited.

    Do you not have Summoned Symbiote?

    Thanks man..I am afraid I dont have Summoned Symbiote yet. Will be on lookout for one.
