Shocker RDTs still happening?

It’s been a few weeks since they said there would be rank down tickets for shocker, then it just evaporated into the ether apparently, after sinisters buff shockers a great option and I could de-rank the 6* to rank the 7*, so any update or info would be greatly appreciated.

The info was "we don't have a timeline, we anticipate the turn around won't be quick and we'll communicate when we have more information."

it's been more than a month since this was announced to the community. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a timeline at this point
