    Probably a assumption based on the fact that another 3 month dual track pass is on it’s way (source: in game mail) and beta ray bill was teased extremely early.

    I'm just hoping we don't have a repeat of the Morbius situation, and Bill is actually good. He shouldn't be game-breaking like Onslaught or Bullseye, but tune him up a little bit to actually make him special

    But why? I think he should be a powerful champ on par with them,
    - He's in the same popularity bracket as Onslaught and Bullseye ,
    - he's at the top of every champ wishlist
    - he's been in the summoner's choice
    Although I'm certain they have already designed him at this point and all this arguing is just for arguments sake, I still hope he's on the stronger side

    this time we gonna get valiant level triple pass for the first time so im excited to see the rewards besides the 7* champ we get also hoping the price is gonna be the same
