I cant see the new magnetron crystals in traders outpost

in Bugs and Known Issues
So I went on the outpost and can’t see the crystal after scrolling to the bottom.

I was also wondering if I have to be higher in the story I’m act 5 but I’m not sure.

Can somone if there’s a reason I can’t get the crystal or if it’s a bug

    Yeah I’ve updated the game have the new events and stuff but the crystal not there. I think you gotta be paragon or valiant to get but not sure heard mixed things

    Level 6 also have.

    I must be sleeping. It was Cavalier born this way crystal. Not Trader’s store.
