Mastery Points Compensation

This is a request for compensation for a huge long running bug that I have not seen anyone else talk about. In the Act 4 and Act 5 rework, Kabam moved the mastery points available from exploration rewards to completion rewards. This means that for any player who has completed but not explored act 4 before the rework, those mastery points were completely unaccessable as players did not re-receive completion rewards for those acts. I was one of these players. I filed help tickets and I got no satasfactory response. I kept being told that they were "investigating" the bug but that there was not much they could do about it. This was until around the time that they released the 3 mastery tree system when Kabam seems to have quietly added my missing mastery point to my account. This bug had existed for about eight months before I received my point. I have had to complete content such as act 8, Necropolis, Winter of Woe, and everything else I was playing missing the advantage of a mastery point that I should have had. This is particularty detrimental in Battlegrounds and Allience War where I am at the disadvantage of going up against players who have more mastery points than me while being the same pogression. I firmly beleive that this entitles me to quite a large compensation for the amount of time that I and anyone else who faced this bug had to play at an undeniable disadvantage.

Didn’t they fix that, like, 3 months ago? Longer? Also, no one cares, that content was out for years and years before the rework, you just never did it

@Wong_99 So what there was time to do the contnent? Does that mean the points should be completely unacessable to some players for months? People should be able to complete content whenever they want and still able to receive crucial rewards like mastery points. It's a fair request.
