Red Skull AW Node 21

I’m not sure if this is a bug. I did a forum search and found a thread about him in the strategy and tips board, but I’m not sure the same people check both boards.

I brought Angela into T3 war to fight a red skull in node 21. For those who don’t know the fight, I’ve posted the nodes.

What I’m confused about is why she was taking bleed damage. The description. Describes the bleeds as a debuff so the duration should be set to 0. I’m sure there is a likely explanation, I just don’t see it yet.

    Your opponent most likely runs the deep wounds mastery. Angela cannot reduce extra duration that has a finite time. So she’ll reduce the base duration of the bleed by 100%, then the extra seconds from deep wounds will be added. It’s unavoidable with her.

    Alright I figured the extra percentage from the 4th buff would do it. Oh wells now I know.
