Help with linking my account to Kabam

So, I am very lost. I’m trying to link my account with kabam, but my account is tied to Game Center. When I go to the in game settings and create a kabam account with a fresh unused email, it creates a new game and throws me in the tutorial. I have signed out of my Game Center, and when I logged back in my account was gone until I signed back into the Game Center. I’m not quite sure what to do, because all the account support channels require you to have singed into a Kabam ID. If you can help me at all I’d really appreciate it.

    I don't know how that's happening, I remember as a new player the game let me make a new Kabam account and link it to my current guest/game center account to tie my progress into the Kabam account.
