Both have potential to be 2 way BG champs. I’m leaning more towards Leader atm though

Leader has a unique utility, and patriot seems to be a science class nuke.

They look like they could be the best champs this year with good offensive potential and decent defensive potential. Very excited for them and I hope they’re as good as they looked

I’m also guessing two more new 7 stars will enter the next titan, who will they be?

Patriot was also designed by DLL I think (or he designed Leader?). So he’ll probably cook

Patriot: best Photon counter in the whole game, could potentially the best offensive champ this year if the damage is there cause it was kinda hard to tell on the deep dive if it was more on the Negasonic side or not.

Leader: might be a decent Serpent counter, could potentially be the best dual threat this year if the damage is there. The sp3 damage is definitely there but if you go for that rotation most fights will be over 55 secs and that's just not good for BGs. It'll depend entirely on how much damage he can deal through sp1 or sp2 cause they didn't show that.

I'm kinda excited but I also don't wanna get my hopes up cause we already saw how Negasonic turned out. So we'll see

I thought Serpent’s power gain couldn’t be reduced completely by non mystics? He might counter the death immunity regen though

Yes but that's still 50% less power gain so it will definitely help, he won't be able to throw as many specials in a row as he currently does and I know I speak for everyone when I say that 50% decrease would've been VERY nice for the current GC meta. When you get there (if you get there) you'll see what I'm talking about lol

Yeah and the Leader looks pretty tanky with the protection passives and he also has the steadfast passive like Patriot

Ehhhh tbh wait for the deep dives this weekend and then decide lol we don't know how good their damage will be yet.
What they showcased today damagewise wasn't anything too impressive, at least not for BGs. Neither of those rotations will get you a 50k score because of time so they would be basically useless in GC.

Onslaught bullseye and redskull will be leaving the next titan crystals when these guys enter it.

True, but I’ve got an R5 max sig ascended onslaught, and will probably soon have the same on Bullseye, so they aren’t a big 7* priority for me. Redskull would be great, but I can also get him from the basic pool. So, given my roster I’m going to wait on any more titan pulls until August 13th.

Also, not pulling Thing for a 3rd time would be nice.

Thing needs the sigs to be a good defender
