Scytalis Bugged?

Has anyone else noticed Scytalis being bugged? Sometimes when you enter the fight she doesn't have the ability to activate her trap and so you practically have to throw that attempt away and revive to try again. Specifically this happens to me in her 3rd phase, and it has happened the past 3 times I have fought her.

    Notice she doesn't have a passive Sp1 trap icon.

    I did this fight a month ago, and I don’t remember having an issue. Is there a chance you need to do something in that phase before she gets the trap icon?

    In the 3rd phase, it should activate a trap 5.5 seconds after her sp1.
