Raid Miniboss back at 100%??

Fighting the 1st Medusa mini and after we had her down under 50%, our role charges all dropped and now she is back to 100% and the backup player on that line is no longer appearing on screen.. closing and force closing changes nothing.... is there some reason I'm missing in the fine details where the raid bosses would heal up instantly?

    Not sure but if someone force closed the fight that's produced some strange interactions lately.
