Buff ideas for Misty Knight

Hello !
I have been playing MCOC since pretty much its launch, and I genuinely love the game. The champions you put out are always at least somewhat good, and I think that applies to Misty Knight and Taskmaster too.
I just feel like, perhaps, the following buff ideas might really put them both under the spotlight.
MISTY KNIGHT :
1 : I think that her sig ability needs a bit of a tweak. Currently, at max sig, it takes her 37 seconds to complete her investigation, and the effect of it lasts for only 18 seconds. Her sig ability is largely the main source of her utility, and I think that, perhaps, making the effect of her investigation last for the rest of the fight instead of just 18 seconds might be a great change for her, and make her more practical to play. Perhaps you could also reduce the time it takes for her to complete an investigation.
I was also thinking that, maybe, you could implement a system of persistent charges, that allow her to reduce the time it takes for her to complete an investigation at the start of the fight depending on how much charges she’s got (one charge being gained at the end of a fight), or maybe even to carry the effect of an investigation achieved in a previous fight into the next one, perhaps slightly reducing its potency to not make it too strong. This would make her a much better questing champion, and would make her more practical in science matchups with a lot of debuffs, just like Kingpin is with his ability to shrug them off.
2 : this one isn’t as necessary as the previous one I believe, but I think it still might be a great change. I think that pausing her cold snap during enemy special attacks could allow her to reach far better damage, thus making her a much better skill option than she currently is.
TASKMASTER :
This change is a very simple one. Taskmaster is arguably one of the most difficult champions to play in the game, which is rewarded with really solid damage on his special one if played correctly. He currently has a synergy with crossbones that allows him to gain 5% of his maximal power whenever he exploits a weakness. I think this synergy should be in his base kit, to allow him to chain his first special attack, therefore dishing out more damage and making his long and complex buildup worth it, which would also make him much better and viable for battlegrounds.
I know that you are probably very busy right now, and buffing these champions probably doesn’t make much sense to you, but I ask you to consider how much better these two champions could be if these changes were applied.

As for her being a 7*, I agree, but I don’t think she’d be really valued, especially if she’s not awakened.
