7 day ban turned into permanent ban ! Make no sense KABAM

Kabam gave me a 7 day ban i didn’t even have 2 hours into the 7 days and now said permanent banned , make no sense on top of that tried to contact support just to get the same automatic reply KABAM need to have people to help player THIS IS NO FAIR OR RIGHT

    No Sr I did not all my content was done by me, doesn’t matter how hard was it even if I had to spend buying units which I did tons of times , again it’s my right to defend myself not just ban the account like that

    In the past they ban by mistake some users of new android phone and it took them a week to finally admit it and unban users

    Just gotta keep in mind the time zones thing.
    Kabam is pacific time so right now it’s like 4:25 AM.

    @smdam38 will do Sr hopefully this gets resolved I know my chances are slim but I won’t stop because I know I did nothing wrong I mean from 7 day to permanent that’s crazy not even let me complete the 7 day ban and go from there

    @peixemacaco i did not used any type of emulator at all Sr I don’t understand all of this from 7 days to permanent in less than 3 hours after the 7 days is crazy
