7 day ban turned into permanent ban ! Make no sense KABAM

Kabam gave me a 7 day ban i didn’t even have 2 hours into the 7 days and now said permanent banned , make no sense on top of that tried to contact support just to get the same automatic reply KABAM need to have people to help player THIS IS NO FAIR OR RIGHT

No idea, I’m the only person that have the account multiple tickets sent to kabam and just getting the automatic response saying they reserved the right to not say anything, doesn’t make sense I should have the right to defend myself I did nothing wrong

The 7 day is for investigation.
The perm is because their investigation found you to be cheating.

No Sr I did not all my content was done by me, doesn’t matter how hard was it even if I had to spend buying units which I did tons of times , again it’s my right to defend myself not just ban the account like that

@peixemacaco i did not used any type of emulator at all Sr I don’t understand all of this from 7 days to permanent in less than 3 hours after the 7 days is crazy
