Unclaimable AW rewards

Currently have two wars worth of rewards trapped in mail. I can open the message but clicking the green claim button does nothing. Rewards are not appearing in stash tab either. AQ rewards claim as normal. Anyone else?

    Known issue - you can claim them via the Stash.

    The problem is the message stays showing as unopened. Same issue in my alt.

    If u looked in stash they werent actually there it was a visual error
