7.3 M semi retirement alliance looking

We are a group of semi retired veterans ( and some newer players) looking for one or two players looking to either step up to great rewards or veterans looking to chill a little.
We hit SA 21-40% or higher every time. Max out most other event rewards except Arena
We bounce between AW tiers 3 and 7 we do very well but don't expect spending we will occasionally pot up if we know it is a win.
We run map 3x2 and 2x2 in AQ
Pretty chill compared to 5x5 AW heavy teams no donations and easier content so you can run ROL or Act 5
We do expect AQ and AW full participation and communication so not fully retirement
