When the Game Crashes You Could Get Ban

Dear Kabam I got ban some hours ago…
The system you have says that I cheat using third party software.
I could wait the 7 days you gave me, but I think why I have to pay for a bug your system got??
I only use this game on iOS and as far as I know there are not third party Sofware on iOS, may be in wrong I hope I’m not.
I have to write here because the ticket system you use said that I cheat and I didn’t!
I have been in this game almost 8 years without failing a day that’s why I’m sure you have bugs in your cheaters detect system.
Just before I got ban my game crashes, I was doing a fight in AW, I don’t need to cheat in AW course my alliance never pushes…
When the game crashed I got in the game again an the defender had full bonus, usually when this happens you lose the bonus like if you would die, no matter you haven’t had the option to fight.
Please review this case, because the mistake will cost me lose my alliance…
I hope some can read this a get me a real help!
Maybe this could help you to find an unfair bug that bans people for free…

They don’t verify again a just close the case and that’s it…
I can wait the 7 days they say, but I think this is unfair, I hope someone of the team have a look at this case and help me, if that happens they will find a bug in their system of banning!!!
You should say why to believe me???
Well there is something Kabam can search in their data and that’s behavior of the player…
My account has nearly 8 years and never has had an issue, why would I start to cheat right now??
As you can see in the photo I create my account in may 2017…
I have play always on iOS and login only with Game Center (Kabam’s data should demonstrate this is true), if I wanted to run any 3th party software I couldn’t use Game Center and had to Jailbreak my device, something that can risk no just my MCOC account but my device, I also use AppStore to buy everything I get for the game (Kabam’s data also should demonstrate that), so also could put my credit card in risk…
Never had an issue that’s why the automatic detection system Kabam has gave me the 7 days ban, that’s the fist strike and is the smallest one they gave.
Because of that system what support does is look into the console and give the answer that system has, that’s why I had to send about 5 or 6 tickets to make them to scale the issue to a more specialized area, they took about 3 days to answer what I told them from scratch..
I was effectively ban because of cheating in AW.
Why can I say I don’t need to do that???
My alliance doesn’t rank in war, so why would I cheat???
This is the war Kabam said I cheated on…
As you can see we don’t even effort to play giving less kills, we just explore and have full diversity…
As I said we don’t rank, the rewards we get are meaningless for my account and my allies!!!
What would I lose compare to win a meaningless AW??
I’m the leader of my own alliance, I don’t have any officers, so if I lose my account I have to leave the game and lose about 3 years of effort, convine with the friends that play with me every day!!!
I spend some money in the game, so in this days a lose items that I paid to have!!
So why I follow with this if I got my account back???
Well I’m not a cheater, never has and never will!!!
What happened to me can happen to any one else. I’m 100% sure the automatic cheat detection system of Kabam has a bug, if the game has bugs why the system could not??
When I try to fight in AW the game crashed (Something that happens all the time), usually when this happens you lose an attack bonus and half of your life, well what happened to me was that I didn’t lose that bonus, I did the fight and the system detect that error as a cheat for using a third party software…
I had more to lose that what I could win in that AW, this is why I try to put the spotlight in this bug!!!
I hope Kabam can find it and you dear summoner can know this can happens to you as it happend to me.
If need it I can put the communications of Kabam later, but I prefer they can investigate and help me to get that strike down and more important avoid unfair bans to other summoners because of the bug…

Did you restart so many times during Playing Aw ?
It does not mean you are cheating. It means the system detected your account being linked to something that flagged as defined above.
So all this blabbering about cheating isn't even relevant to why you have a ban. Bluestacks is an emulator. Did you buy units from a non-kabam approved site? Those are the things you'll need to consider. Maybe you use a program to farm arena.
But looking at your account now, at the time i'm writing this, you were logged in 32 minutes ago so it looks like your ban is over. Regardless, when it says 3rd party software, it's not referring to you cheating in AW or anything like that.

As I said on my post I did send about 6 tickets, until they scale the ticket to a Senior Account Specialist, they couldn’t find the issue so the said I cheated in AW…
The game crashes often, but I have not find why, it happens randomly and some tiene happens when I’m gonna start a match, when I push the button to start…
The reward we get for plat 5 or 6 are meaningless for an alliance full of valiants that use war to farm some extra rewards!
My account is not link to any web, I have never use bluestacks (For the latest iOS is not bluestaks, never use Android on my account, the data of Kabam can confirm that), never have bought any thing in another place but the App Store (Kabam data can confirm that) si I don’t have negative units on my account and the arena that I farm I played my self…
When you answer my post my 7 days ban was already finish!!!
