    Depends, defender Sinister hands down.
    Offense, NC is a nuke but he can't handle most of the meta relevant defenders in the game rn whereas Sinister can counter Bullseye, Maestro, Photon etc although he isn't really a nuke like NC especially if the opponent is running Inequity.
    Overall though, best dual threat, I'd say Sinister.

    Inequity does hurt him but not as much as most of us previously thought. The reason he was being so slow last meta was because only 5 degens were sticking instead of all 10, so it was mostly tenacity rather than Inequity. It hurts for sure but it isn't as detrimental as it sounds.

    I would say so yes, Jessica doesn't necessarily require a counter with slow or cleanse, it helps of course but a quick enough nuke like HM or Sunspot can still kill her before she turns into a problem.
    Sinister on the other hand can't be nuked by the vast majority of champs that crit, and most champs with dot debuffs are also tricky to use against him because you have to force him into sp2 constantly otherwise you're dead.

    Honestly neither I love NC but not really worth it and sinister gonna be a defender 9/10 times due to inequity killing his speed

    Im still gonna r5 ascend my sinister even with inequity destroying his kit. Can still use him to wreck sh*t outside BGs like incursions
