Which champ? Node? Who were you facing? Which mode?
Trying to question if it even happened. Its happened to everyone. You just get used to it and try to avoid it and hopefully your not in AW. When it matters to the team in the alliance.

I'm trying to understand what happened, which interactions were occuring. If YOU can't help don't disturb
can anyone explain me why swipe back doesnt move my champion?
It's a dropped input that happens too often. The swipe or screen taps don't always register. Sometimes it will happen when using a 5 hit combo, when trying to use the striker, and after throwing a special attack into the defender if they're cornered and/or block it. For the latter, often times you can't dex back to avoid being countered by the AI.
I always tell people to check whether they're maybe leaning part of their hand somewhere on the screen by how they're holding it. I've found that dropped inputs increases when you do because the game cannot handle multiple simultaneous inputs very well.

True. I try to keeps one or two thumbs only. Today going against superior kang, I had problems where attempting to dex to gain slipsteams, it just holds block. It's the transition from block to dex that's been the BS of input issues for me. Wouldn't be surprise if this and other dropped inputs stay on into the definite future of this game.
