The game is still Lagging & Freezing after the update!

Like I said in my most recent post… since I updated the game for the Beta Ray Bill & Enchantress month, the game has been freezing for 3-5 seconds every 30 seconds and lagging every 10 seconds or so in every game mode (especially BG’s) are close to unplayable. This issue is even happening outside of gameplay, like on the home screen, loading screens, etc. I made a post about this issue and it turns out that other players have been facing the same problem. A few responses to me from the community was that this lag and freezing issue was going to be fixed in this Tuesday Update (which went live a few hours ago)… and unfortunately, the lag and freezing is still happening. Even though it wasn’t a member of the Kabam team that said this… I assumed that Kabam would have planned to fix these issues in this recent update, considering how much it affects gameplay. Does any member of the Kabam team have any updates on their efforts to fix this problem? It would be great to know. It’s making the whole game, especially PvP game modes, unfair and nearly unplayable. Thanks.

    They have been ruining for 3 seasons in a row. It all started with long battle loading times after the update at the end of Season 19. They only addressed this issue after the season ended by releasing a hotfix. And everything was fine until they released an update at the end of season 20. After this, the game began to lag and freeze. I stopped playing a week before the end of the season. They had a whole month to fix this problem, but they didn't. It felt like everything got even worse. The most annoying thing in this situation is the silence and complete ignoring of the problem on the part of the developers. It feels like they just don't care.
