Remove all pre-ability requirements from nodes

I dislike all these BS nodes that require a certain champs or type. Less fun having to figure out who goes where. Class disadvantage is enough. Champ vs champ the way it used to be. Way better than now.

    It was barely a game when nodes weren't a thing, if you want mindless fighting then just play in practice mode
