    I've deleted and reinstalled the game, this event dose not show up

    I don't even have the opening ceremonies event any longer. It no longer shows in my solo events.

    Is opening ceremonies a progression based solo event? That would be kind of strange to have a paid event be limited.

    Yeah I have Opening Ceremonies/Light the Torch on my Valiant and Paragon accounts but not my lower level accounts
