I am missing my vulnerable crystals

I logged in every single day but magically 2 crystals gone ... What to do???

How they're not showing in the crystal section also

Yes, same here. I never got anything for the first one. And tonight when I logged in it shows I claimed the Crystal , but it never showed up on the Crystal tab.
