raid Thor fight not giving charges

No matter how or when I punish Thor sp1 or 2 or heavy I gain no raid fervor or charges. I don’t know what is causing this as I can’t figure out a way around it. It could be a weird interaction with BWDO and the raid nodes but I had no trouble on the previous two fights. Attached are three images showing Thor sp1 ending me hitting him and then a second later me having gained nothing. I had to post it like this as these forums don’t allow videos as far as I can tell but I do have a 49 second video of me punishing both of his sps multiple times. Please upvote this or whatever needs to happen so my battle group either gets comped for being unable to complete it or the issue gets fixed in a timely manner with enough time to complete it. Thank you.

    they don't care, they don't deal with your problem, but they don't care about anyone else either.
    we received compensation, they think we should settle for it, they can sleep peacefully... even though it affects many players!!!
