Who’s the better R3 Tech option?

Looking to R3 a tech champ soon, wanting to know who would be a better all rounder for quest and Bgs.

Ironheart can take any mutant champ, But if your main focus is bgs pun99 or shuri is better.

Shuri is better overall but guardian is better for BGs.
