There hasn’t been a boss since grand master where you need to stash a lot of revives. Glykhan is a fun boss who is neither too easy or too difficult.
My advice is to always keep him at sp1 because in my opinion it’s the easiest to dex while rooted.
And depending on your skill it can range from a solo to however amount of revives needed. Personally i think you should easily be able to take him on with 20 revives. I doubt you would even need more then 5 if you watch tutorials on him as preparation.
20 will be more than enough - 1st run I used 4 or 5 max, 2nd and 4rd run I used 0 by utilising some of the top champs showcased on youtube. if anything there are some fights on the lead up to boss that are "trickier" than the final fight
