My stash is empty

I bought 6 iso 8 packs from glory store. 4 science and 2 mystic. I used some science and I open the stash to claim the rest and it's empty. Please look into it.

    Have you tried restarting the game? sometimes that is all it takes to fix these issues.

    I also brought 1800 part of catalyst teir 2 times from glory store but not shown in stash it's empty
