Unavailable Champs for Raids???

Does anyone know why I cannot pick NF as an assault champ? Once you rank a champion to a certain level, are they no longer available for raids?

    He's available for me, so that means he's probably stuck in WAR or Quest (which shouldn't happen)

    I just looked into it and you may be right.

    His NF and my Negasonic are being used as defenders in AW.

    Heads up, nick fury is terrible for raids, he dosent acitvate his second life.

    Someone mentioned this in the discord server or a forums post mentioning a reason which I don't remember
