We have another Double Track event upon us, this one's just a single month and no wonderful 7* at the end.

So, did you buy the Platinum Pass for this event? Did you buy the 3-month Platinum for the Morbius and/or Beta Ray Bill events?

    It’s not the sexiest purchase in the world, but the basic value is good for $10. If you spend on the game, which I do.

    My benchmark is £20 for great value and guaranteed rewards, that I got with morbius and BRB, then then plat track rewards were a cherry on top. This is half the price but no guaranteed rewards, shards could end up a dud etc.

    Idk yet, I like to say I’m F2PPP (Free to play plat pass,) but the rewards don’t seem to be worth a semi big valaint

    I'd like to spend to buy the pass, but unfortunately as an F2P that's not possible for me. Free rewards aren't bad though!

    Bought it, but the value is significantly diminished the more these events recur. Other than the end of week progression-based rewards, the rest of the week is so-so.

    I would think this has to change if this type of thing continues. T4c, Goldpool crystals, boosts, generic ISO, small energy refills…these things are easy to come by en masse if you play the game at all. The main source of value is in units, and even those aren’t in huge supply.

    I’ve usually been a double track supporter because it’s a nice way to get a bundle of stuff (assuming you’re spending anyway). But the marginal value of that bundle has declined considerably.

    For all the caterwauling by F2P about spenders getting ahead, the team should want spenders to actually be able to get a little ahead by spending. The double track really doesn’t do that here, and it feels about as relevant as the Sigil now does to advanced players.
