7* Chee’ilth - Champion’s Game Calendar

Hi Kabam,

I’m writing this here because I’m not getting any response from you rather than an automated message about “Stuck to the Routine Calendar” by Patricio even though I try over and over again.

I’ve started the calendar a few days later that the calendar went live. But I didn’t know that because when I logged in for the first time, the calendar has started right from the beginning. And it continued like that until the last day which didn’t give me the last reward that was on the calendar because it ended a day early than when it’s supposed to. What I was supposed to get according to the calendar was a Nigh Invulnerable Crystal. Not “Stuck to the Routine Selector”. And I need just 1 Dedication Medallion for my 7* Chee’ilth from the store.

If you would have solved this calendar progression problem right at the beginning there wouldn’t be any problem but after logging in daily for almost a month and hyping for 7* Chee’ilth, you can’t take my last Nigh I. Crystal from me. That is my right. That is what I was supposed to get that day. I need the last piece of the medallion.

    I have created 3 tickets concerning this situation but all of them have been dismissed and tagged “solved” even though there has nothing been done or said about this, just getting this text over and over again.

    Thank you for contacting Kabam Support. I understand that you have some concerns with the Champion's Game Daily Login Calendar disappearing before you were able to claim its final reward.

    While this calendar was intended to run from September 5 to October 4, we verified an issue where the calendar did not start on the same day for all players. As a result, some players were unable to claim the final reward before the calendar ended.

    We can confirm that players who were impacted by this issue and logged into the game on October 3 (Day 29) will be receiving the Stuck to the Routine Selector via in-game compensation, though we are unable to estimate the exact time frame for the payout. As this is the case, we are unable to provide items to players through support tickets for this incident.

    As we have provided all of the information available to us, this ticket has been set to Solved. Any additional updates will come through your in-game mail or be posted on our forums. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
