DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE

When Brian Grant opened the EGGS 2 hours before the Crystal Cleansing Realm Event, many newer players missed out on the rewards bcos they didn't opened at least 1,000 crystals
It is actually very doable to open 1,000 crystals over 35 days
So it's the same with the Battlegrounds Realm Event, YOU HAVE TO GET AT LEAST 5,000 POINTS NO MATTER WHAT
Bcos even if we do not hit 1 billion points, it is very likely that Kabam will do another donation to let us go past 1 billion points
Let's say we tried our best and we are at 900-950 million points, there is no stopping Kabam from making another donation at the very last minute to let us get the Titan crystal
However if you choose not to get 5,000 points den you will miss out on the Titan crystal just like what happened with the Crystal Cleansing Realm Event so don't make the same mistake
There is still sufficient time to get 5,000 points!!!

    why not???? we’re unlikely to get to “everybody hits 5K’, but ANY encouragement to get more people contributing at all levels pays everyone out.
    get in there, try! you get your rear handed to you, take the L, learn from it, and get back in. there’s enough materials going around to get people in, regularly, without spending to play.and you may either learn you like it, or at least get something g worth your aggravation.

    That's counter intuitive though from Kabam perspective. If people think Kabam will do that for Blitz, you change the mentality from pushing to waiting and see what happens, but with this you will see a big increase in last 2 weeks when majority of people push through VT because it's easier, nobody plays games to get annoyed, they play for enjoyment. Once people get through it's only data Kabam know, how many people continue to play in GC.

    There is actually a bump in the points earned
    At the current rate, we are expected to reach 894 million
    With the recent donation of 100 million, we are expected to reach 994 million which is very close to 1 billion points
    So even without a second donation, we can potentially reach 1 billion points
    Knowing this info, everyone should aim for 5,000 points minimum to get the titan crystal which is 8 times the amount of titan crystal shards we get from battlegrounds solo event
    There is still sufficient time to get 5,000 points
