INFERNAL SUMMONS glitch event not working

in Bugs and Known Issues
Has anyone else failed to receive there infernal summons entry ticket for Jack's full bounty hunt because whilst mine shows as claimed it doesn't appear In my inventory or all me access to this event quest at all any idea why. Hopefully we will get compensation

    Same here!

    Seems to be an issue with claiming rewards…
    I don’t get the option to choose from the selectors. Doesn’t matter which reward it is… bounty target, shards…
