Is the 5* feature crystal with the subpool broken?

I have seen a bunch of shared posts around the interwebs with people getting 5* carnage, or a champ that's in the regular 10k crystal. But I haven't seen a single one with someone getting a sub-feature champ (previously featured, not in 10k crystal yet) such as Gwenpool or Voodoo or such. Can Kabam confirm the crystal is working as intended? I only ask because there was a case before where a crystal was sold with the promise of a subset of champs that weren't actually in the crystal, and Kabam admitted it was indeed broken.

    Saw one with crossbones, another person said they got Karnak. And a lot of pics show the subfeature champs in the spin. There's a very low %, lower than getting the feature.

    what are the odds to get a sub featured exactly?? i know regular featured is 25% but i haven't seen anywhere the odds of sub featured

    We don't know the numbers of any. Subfeatured is the lowest. Basic> Featured> Subfeatured.

    Yeah. I opened a 15k crystal and got juggernaut. He's available in the 10k Crystal! I was under the impression that no 10k heroes were gonna be available in the 15k crystal. I was deceived haha. No point in opening a 15k crystal when you're going to get a 10k champ.

    It was clearly stated on the forums several times that the basics chanpsbwould remain in the featured crystal as they always have been

    Seriously, people need to read. You have always had a high chance to get a basic from a feature crystal, and that is still the case. The only change is they ADDED a small chance to get an old feature as well from the carnage crystal and all others moving forward (including reruns).
